Deliciously Fluffy Eggless Ladi Pav Recipe You Must Try

1/4 cup Lukewarm water

1 tsp Sugar

1.5 tsp active dry yeast

1.5 cups all purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1.5 tbsp butter

Half of 3/4 cup milk




Directions:


🍞 In a bowl add lukewarm water + sugar

🍞 Add dry yeast , mix and cover + rest for 10 mins

🍞 In a seperate bowl, combine all purpose flour and salt

🍞 Add melted butter to the flour mixture

🍞 Once yeast is activated, pour into the dry dough. Gradually add the milk and knead the dough by stretching and folding. It will be sticky but be patient , it will come through, key is to use wet hands (dip clean hands in water)

for kneading it.


The dough top should be smooth. Cover and let the dough rest for 3-4 hrs till its doubled or tripled.

Divide , shape and place it close to each other in a greased baking tin of choice


Let this double. Preheat the oven at 180 C and bake for 20-25 mins till it’s golden brown on top.


Brush some butter for the shine and glaze.
