Having Nankhatai is like experiencing childhood and remembering those old school bakeries with those big glass jars of butter cookies, nankhatai, rusk.
Freeze this for 15 mins. Preheat oven at 180 for 15 mins
Scoop out and make round/ press slightly (can top it with some pumpkin seeds/dried rose petals). These should be placed over a parchment paper on a baking tray or over a greased baking tray
Bake for 20 mins and then transfer the cookies over a wire rack to cool.
